Abstract: According to the spirit of《the State Council decision on deepening physical education reform and pressing ahead with physical education》, the paper introduces the efforts to follow the law governing physical education, widening the understanding of quality education of physical education, applying the concrete theory to guide the shaping of new plan involving practical originality.
