How to improve the volleyball teaching so as to keep its characteristics in universities

Abstract: In view of the decreasing of volleyball activities in universities, the writer made certain investigations and analyzed the main influential elements. After a series of experiments in teaching, the solution for the improvement of volleyball teaching is to have a reform of instructive ideas, to develop methods fit for students, and therefore to keep the characteristics of this course.
