Abstract: It is to discuss the inevitability, necessity and feasibility of analysis and research into the subject of athletic PE, its essence and evolvement, and from this analysis and research,the paper proposes basic principles, methods and procedures of how to actualize transforming sports into PE means for a Physical Education and Health curriculum.
