| (College of Physical Education and Sport Science, South China Normal University, Guangzhou 510631,China) Abstract: Through the comparison of the Chinese and Japanese sports law, this paper points out extant major problem and the good qualities of the sport law of our country, refers to the beneficial place of Japanese sports law, further puts forward some suggestions for perfecting and improving the sports law of our country.
