我国田径大赛中田赛管理裁判员在执法中存在的问题

| (南京体育学院 1体育系，2田径班，江苏 南京210014；3南京农业大学 体育部，江苏 南京210095) 摘要：通过调查及专家咨询，对我国近年来田径大赛中田赛管理裁判员的执法水平作了初步的调查和评估。调查发现，目前我国的田赛管理裁判在临场裁判工作存在以下较突出的问题：(1)对管理裁判工作的重要性认识不足；(2)不熟悉本项目管理的基本方法；(3)管理工作能力较差，缺乏组织能力和协调能力。对此提出建议：(1)提高田赛管理裁判员的素质；(2)明确管理裁判员的具体职责，规范其工作程序；(3)处理好具体执法中的工作细节问题。 关键词：田径竞赛；管理裁判员；裁判员素质；裁判员职责 中图分类号：G82 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2002)05-0127-02 |

Problems and suggestions on the law enforcement by management judges in the national track and field events

Abstract: Preliminary investigations and evaluations have been made on the law enforcement by field events management judges in the national track and field events over the years by means of survey and consultation. Consequently, it is found out that there exist some noticeable Problems:(1)Lack of proper understanding of the significance of management work;(2)Unfamiliarity with the basic management methods;(3)Inefficiency of management work, organization and reconciliation.Suggestions are thus raised:(1)Improve the quality of field event management judges;(2)Specify their duties and standardize their operation procedures;(3)Pay relentless attention to small details in the concrete law enforcement.
