(Institute of Physical Education,Xuzhou Normal University,Xuzhou 221009,China) Abstract: Bloom’s teaching goal reaching degree evaluation criterion can be used to know ledge teaching of school PE, but to skill teaching, it can not judge the result of teaching in accordance with students’ aptitude and all-round development objectively, fairly and effectively. Differently, the teaching goal tendency degree proposed here always considers students’ basis, and stresses the extent of improvement over period. The factors that will effect learning result, such as students’ capability, effort and manner, will be judged completely. It may help raise students’ recognition and interest in physical curricula, give play to one’s professional skill, cultivate the habit participating in sports.
