毛泽东健康思想及其现实意义

摘要：毛泽东健康思想是毛泽东教育思想的重要组成部分，其核心就是“健康第一”、“健民强国”。毛泽东健康思想是在一定的社会历史背景下形成与发展起来的，表现出鲜明的实践性、民族性、科学性和创造性特征，它对增强中华民族体质，提高民族素质和文明程度起到积极的促进作用。研究毛泽东健康思想对当今我国全面实施素质教育，开展全民健身运动，提高全民族素质，加快我国社会主义现代化建设步伐具有极其重要的现实指导意义。

Abstract:Maozedong health thought is a most part of his education thought, health first and healthy people and powerful country is its core. The thought has formed and grown in certain social condition, it showed the characteristics of practicality, nationality, scientificity and creativity and promoted the nationality quality.To study the thought may actually direct our work, such as quality education, sports for all, and so on.
