Abstract:The teaching reform of PE must begin with the tra ining aims of the universities and colleges under the guidance of qualityorien ted education, try to set up the guiding thoughts of “Health First”, reform th e mode for personnel training and construct a new system in PE courses so as to promote the serial reforms in the contents, methods, organizations of PE teachin g and outside class activities to achieve a qualified PE education system in the 21st century.
