湘西中学体育教育现状与实施素质教育的有效途径

Inquire into effective ways of carrying out quality education from the status quo of the middle-school's P.E in west of hunan province

Abstract: By analysing the status quo of physical education, extacurricular sports activities and after-school physical training of the midd le-schools in the minority nationality regions of the west of Hunan province, this paper puts forward four basic ways to provide reference for the middle-schools' physical educational reform in the national regions.They are:ch anging the educational ideas and renewing educational sense;deepening educationa l reform around quality education; carrying forward national ph ysical culture and developing mass physical training; adopting correct value orientation and guiding education for all-round development.
