自合教学模式在健美操教学中的运用

Abstract: The target of physical education is on the path from the test education to the quality education. When importing basic knowledge and skill to students, teachers should pay more attention to fostering student s' innovation sense, abilities to compose, study by themselves and cooperate with others. In the teaching practice of body-building exercises for ten years, the a uthor has made a suit of representative model instruction, remarkable results we re achieved in fostering the students such abilities.
