Abstract: Based on the presnt bringing up patten and status of lack jobs for nation's athletes, the paper especially analyzes the reason. and avise the department of sports should take it for subject to bring up athlete for country, select and train athlete scientifically, enhance the quality education to athlete, change the mode of running a sports school, combine sport teams with university, let athletes be fostered in university.
