| (Department of Physical Education, Guangdong University of Technology,Guangzhou 510080,China) Abstract: The authors probed into the reform of PE management in universities and colleges by referring to the idea of School-Based Management,and concluded that the level of PE management in universities and colleges can be raised through the application of the idea of School-Based Management to the management of PE teachers in universities and colleges, by depending on its own resources of each individual university or colleges, as well as by exerting the potential of the teachers.
