(1.College of Physical Education,Zhangzhou University,Zhangzhou 450003,China; 2.Department of Physical Education,Luoyang Teachers College,Luoyang 471022,China) Abstract:The authors probed into the teaching monitoring capability of teachers in physical education specialty by means of questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, and revealed the following findings:Preliminary teaching planning and preparation by teachers in physical education specialty in institutes of higher learning are well done,while post-teaching adjustment and control as well as post-class introspection are not so well done, and the teachers’ overall teaching monitoring capability is on the weak side;in all factors in success and failure attribution,the effort factor has a relatively remarkable effect on the teaching monitoring capability of teachers in physical education specialty in institutes of higher learning; all factors in self perception have a very remarkable effect on the teaching monitoring capability of teachers in physical education specialty in institutes of higher learning.
