第九、十届全运会田径奖牌格局对比分析

摘要：通过比较第九、十届全运会田径比赛的成绩和奖牌格局分布，总结出了中国田径优势项目的地区(山东省的长跑、400 m栏，江苏省的短跑、竞走；山西省的中跑，广东省的400 m、4×400 m接力，上海市的跨栏等)，指出了田径竞赛要发挥举国体制的作用，国家体育总局田径管理中心应加大对田径基地的投入，着重发展优势项目；阐明了优势项目要构建实力超凡的人才群，积极挖掘和培养后备力量，把优势项目所在的地区作为培养后备人才的基地；强调要提高运动员的比赛能力，把比赛作为一种高强度的训练。

A comparative analysis of the configuration of track and field medals in the 9th and 10th National Games

Abstract:By comparing the performances as well as configuration and distribution of medals in track and field contests in the 9th and 10th National Games,the author summed up the regions in China which have advantageous track and field events (such as Shandong province in long run and 400m hurdles,Jiangsu province in sprint and race walking,Shanxi province in middle distance race,Guangdong province in 400 m and 4×400 relays, Shanghai city in hurdles), which provides a reference for Track and Field Management Center of State Sports Bureau General to establish policies and plans. The author pointed out that the role of the nationwide system should be exerted in track and field contests, and that Track and Field Management Center of State Sports Bureau General should increase the investment in track and field bases and focus on developing advantageous events. The author expatiated on that talent groups with extraordinary strengths should be established for advantageous events,and that backup talents should be sourced and cultivated actively,and that the regions with advantageous events should be used as the base for cultivating backup talents.The author emphasized that athlete’s contesting capability should be enhanced,and that contests should be considered as a sort of high intensity training.
