美国《国家体育标准》与中国《课标》制定、实施和评价状况的研究

摘要：经调查发现：美国50个州已全部采纳国家体育标准，并制定了本州体育标准。其中42个 (84%) 州已为地区学校提供教师培训和体育课程设置材料，并提出了实施措施。90%以上地区和学校已将标准逐步推广并落实于体育教学实践中。16个州 (30%) 对标准评价做了规划，2个州已对标准实施状况进行了评价。中国大多数省( 市、自治区)没有制定相应的当地标准、教师培训及评价措施。

A study of the establishment,implementation and evaluation of the National Standards for Physical Education of the United States and the Curriculum Standards for Physical Education of China

Abstract:The author carried out the survey by employing methods of interview,network survey and phone interview,and revealed the following findings: All 50 states in the United States have adopted the National Standards for Physical Education,and have established state standards for physical education. 42 (84%) states therein have provided teacher training and physical education curriculum setup materials for district schools,and have put forward measures for implementation.90% of the districts and schools have gradually popularized and implemented the Standards into physical education teaching practice.16(30%) states have planned to evaluate the Standards, while 2 states have already evaluated the status of implementation of the Standards. Most provinces (cities and municipalities) in China have not established corresponding local standards, teacher training,and measures for evaluation.
