(College of Physical Education,Hunan University of Technology,Zhuzhou 412007,China) Abstract:By basing their criteria on the structuralism learning theory and combining the characteristics of calis-thenics teaching training for students majoring in physical education, the authors analyzed the feasibility of applying the structuralism learning theory in calisthenics teaching training. By establishing the “student orientated” teaching conception and creating a teaching environment that contains such contents as “situation”, “cooperation”, “conver-sation” and “meaning construction”, the authors optimized the calisthenics teaching training mode for students ma-joring in physical education in terms of the examination systems for student’s self-evaluation and group evaluation.
