| （1.Department of Physical Education，Guilin Medical University，Guilin 541004，China；2.School of Physical Education，Guangxi Normal University，Guilin 541004，China） Abstract: By referring to current achievements of researches on the “interest related party” theory, the authors car-ried out a field investigation on three major interest related parties in the 62nd “firework festival” held in Linxi Guangxi, namely, government departments, civilian organizations and participants, dissected the interest demands of various interest related parties, and put forward the following opinions: for the development of excellent Chinese ci-vilian sports, a development mode, in which the government is the main governing party and civilian organization’s guiding function is actively exerted, should be established; attention should be paid to promoting the cultivation and development of civilian organizations; cultural connotations of civilian sports should be probed into; featured civil-ian sports games should be developed; the industrialization of civilian sports culture should be boosted.
