In each era, the principle has been given different meanings by the society. As an important part of school education, “health first” is an educational view in a broad way, and it is the base of human development in a narrow way. So, the school physical education reform should not only surround the “health first” opinion,but also keep the characteristics of school education and the goal of school physical education.
