| (College of Physical Education,Yangzhou University，Yangzhou 225002，China) Abstract: Studying,both theoretically and practically,on the model of new College Physical Education Course by means of literature review,inductive analysis,and practical application,the article presents theoretical thoughts and practical approaches with regard to “optimizing all the factors of Physical Education Course model,perfecting model structure,and shaping the overall optimization of the model”.From the aspects of course goals、contents,and assessment,the article also displays the initial achievement of Physical Education reform according to the new Syllabus.
