摘      要：教育博客的出现为体育教师专业发展提供了一个全新的平台。从教育博客以及教师专业发展的概念入手，对教育博客促进体育教师专业发展的优势、途径以及局限性等方面进行了分析。教育博客因其技术的人性化特征使得体育教师们都很乐意接受，积极将其做为自己行动研究的电子载体，并在情感上满足体育教师的自我宣泄和认同感。为教师的专业发展提供了更多且有效的机会，对推动体育教师专业发展提供了帮助。

Abstract: The emergence of educational blogs provides a brand new platform for the career development of physi-cal education teachers. The author gave an overview of related researches done at home and abroad, and analyzed the advantages, ways and limitations for educational blogs to boost the career development of physical education teachers, starting with the concepts of educational blog and teacher’s career development. Physical education teach-ers are all willing to accept educational blogs because of the humanized characteristics of their technology, and emotionally educational blogs satisfy the need of physical education teachers for self catharsis and recognition. Educational blogs have provided more and effective opportunities for the career development of teachers, as well as help for the career development of physical education teachers.
