Abstract: During the formation of personality, education plays a leadi ng role.As indicated in the new standard for physical education,physical educators will fail to educate students in accordance with their special characteristics w ithout an adequate understanding of their distinctive qualities.Only having a go od mastery of basic techniques for cultivating students' individual characterist ics,as shown in successful experiences,can we help students in developing thei r personality soundly and achieve good results of physical education.
