| (1.College of Physical Education,Guangzhou University,Guangzhou 510405,China; 2.College of Physical Education, Hunan Normal University，Changsha 410012,China) Abstract:Education is developing, and curriculum research changes gradually from “curriculum development” to “Curriculum Understanding”.By analyzing the disadvantages of traditional PE curriculum, newly defining the concept of PE curriculum and turning sports skills into systematic knowledge, the article mainly expounds the knowledge of PE curriculum and understanding,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to boost the reform of PE curriculum.
