| (1.Institute of Physical Education,south China Normal University,Guangzhou 510631,China; 2.Institute of Physical Education,Yichun Collage,Yichun 336000,China) Abstract: This article discusses the theoretical basis of the public welfare opening of stadiums with respect to the public welfare and the state-owned natures of stadiums in our country,as well as the developing tendency of sports in the world.It analyses the commercial management and the public welfare opening of Tianhe Sports Center in consideration of the current tendency of the public welfare management reform. And it points out two problems existed: unawareness of the economical potentialities and less public opening of the stadiums. It gives some relevant suggestions.
