摘要：通过对山西省180所农村中学体育师资队伍的现状进行调查，并对农村中学体育教师的数量与质量及影响农村体育教师稳定的因素等方面进行了科学系统的分析研究，为今后农村体育师资队伍的建设与发展提出相应的对策。

Abstract: On the basis of the research of the country middle school P.E Teacher's present condition in180 country village schools of ShanXi province and the number quality and factor of effectiny steady in country school,this paper puts up the relative method for the development and construaction for the country teacher's team.
