体育专业学生安静心电图的P波特点

| (湖南师范大学 体育学院，湖南 长沙410012) 摘要：为获得体育专业学生安静状态下心电图的基本数据，测试162例健康体育专业学生心电图，并进行波段特点的统计分析。对P波的有关研究结果表明：体育专业学生与运动员P波比较，avF导联也有倒置和双向，却无I、II导联倒置和II、V3导联双向，各导联P波平坦率高，电压振幅处于正常范围内而偏低，但小于0.1mV百分率低，时距宽度超值率低。以上现象男生较女生明显，体育专业学生的P波比运动员接近一般正常人。提示心电图检查分析时一般可以参照健康人标准，但若P波在avF导联倒置或双向和时间超值特别男生应考虑为正常变异。 关键词：大学生；心电图； P波；体育专业 中图分类号：G804.22文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006-7116(2001)04-0052-03 |

Study on characteristics of P wave in ECG among physical education students at rest

Abstract: To obtain ECG data of physical education undergraduate during a rest period, this study examined ECGs in a sample of 162 students at College of Physical Education, Hunan Normal University. The results of P waves indicated that compared with athletes there were P waves of placing upside down and two-way on lead Iior v3 physical education students. The rate of level P waves was higher. The voltages were low side in normal, but the percentages of smaller than 0.1 m V voltage and the duration exceeding 0.11 s were lower. These appearances of P waves in male undergraduate were more evidently than those in female students. About characteristics of P wave on ECGs these students were closer ordinarily healthy people than athletes. Present observations suggest that ordinarily standard could be adopted when their ECCGs are analyzed, but it is the physiologic variation that there were placing Pwave upside down and two way on lead avF and the duration exceeding 0.11s.
